Coach Fierro is a former collegiate and professional soccer player and current Academy Director at Lincoln Football Academy. His journey commenced at age 16 with FC Soles from Cuidad Juarez in the esteemed 3rd division. His dedication and talent led him to spend an impressive 6 years at FC Dallas, where he not only trained with their first team but also participated in their select summer college program. Fierro pursued his academic goals at the University of Dayton (D1), University of Texas Rio Grand Valley (D1), and Fort Hays State University (D2). Fierro earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. After his remarkable collegiate journey, Fierro further honed his skills by spending a season training with North Texas SC, FC Dallas's esteemed second team. His commitment to continuous improvement and pursuit of excellence shine as a testament to his passion for the beautiful game.
