We’re now forming teams for 2017–2020 boys and girls, starting with free open training sessions led by me, Gavin Mole, Director of Coaching & Methodology at Dallas Surf.

This isn’t about chasing early trophies or listening to coaches shout instructions all game. It’s about long-term learning. Mistakes are part of the process. Player decisions come first. Growth matters most.

Yes, we want to win. Yes, we’ll compete. But the focus is on learning, not just results.
