Our female led leadership council consists of ex professional coaches, current collegiate and professional players that regularly interact with our girls by zoom meetings, video messages, hand written notes, game day pump up speeches and more. There is a significant amount of leadership prep at Reign. Players can lead by being a captain, practice leader, game day individual goal setting leader, etc. or commit to being a non-leadership role player that regularly offers feedback and hard work as a traditional player. #REIGNorSHINE
